LogiFirst's operations team was manually coordinating 80–120 daily deliveries across Bengaluru. Dispatchers spent 5+ hours per day on WhatsApp, calls, and spreadsheets. Missed ETAs and last-minute route changes were causing customer complaints and driver inefficiency.
Our Solution
We built a Dispatch Orchestration Agent that ingests daily order manifests, optimises multi-stop routes using the Google Maps API, auto-assigns drivers based on live location and capacity, sends WhatsApp notifications to drivers and customers via Twilio, and handles exceptions (delays, cancellations) by autonomously re-routing and notifying all parties. A lightweight ops dashboard gives managers live visibility without requiring intervention.
