The Challenge
CareLink was running 12 clinics across Hyderabad using a patchwork of Google Sheets, WhatsApp, a decade-old billing system, and paper records. Data was siloed, appointment clashes were frequent, and generating any business report required hours of manual collation. They needed a single, affordable system built for how Indian clinics actually operate.
Our Solution
We built a full-stack clinic management platform with role-based access for admins, doctors, and front-desk staff. Core modules include real-time appointment scheduling with conflict detection, a digital patient record system with visit history and prescriptions, automated WhatsApp reminders via Twilio, GST-compliant billing and invoice generation, and a management dashboard with cross-clinic analytics. Deployed on AWS with a mobile-responsive UI.
